Event Booking

Details, Policies, Rental Info

No open flame candles may be used for decorating. Flameless candles are permitted. Lighting of a unity candle is permitted; however, it must be extinguished following ceremony.

We do not allow nails or tape of any kind in the opera hall, hallway, staircase, or stage. No exceptions. Easels are available for use upon request.

Music is available for your wedding, reception, and dance.  Our sound system is state of the art; a sound tech, slideshow equipment and band is available for an additional fee.

Persons consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age; under no circumstance will attendees be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the building.

Set up and tear down must occur on the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been made with our coordinator.  Rehearsal must also be the day of the wedding unless you book the hall for the evening prior to your wedding as well.

The dance must conclude at 12:30am and all persons out of the building no later than 1:00 am. There is an additional $100.00 fee beyond 1:00am.

Bride and Groom dressing rooms are available.

The Goss Opera House is not responsible for any damage or loss of articles left on the premises before, during, or after your event.  Please plan to remove all gifts, decorations, and valuables at the close of the evening.

We are fully handicap accessible to the main floor of the opera house.

Wedding photography is allowed on the premises by those with a booked event only. The Goss Opera House retains the copyright to all photography taken on the property and may be used for our marketing purposes without written consent.
